RETURN POLICY
If you receive your order and discover that it doesn't fit your dog or isn't what you wanted then we offer a 14 day return policy under the following guidelines;
1. All returned products must be in their original packaging with their tags attached as well as un-used and in perfect, undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed resale  condition.
2. If your order arrives damaged or is defective you MUST contact us within 48 hours of obtaining your order.

3. RETURN EXCEPTIONS: All beds, feeders, and closets are FINAL SALE which means they can not be returned or exchanged. We can not allow for the exchange/return of these products because of health reasons. No exceptions.

4. Please allow one billing period for refunds to show on your credit card statement OR 1 month for the return of check or money order funds.

5. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

6. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

PAYMENT METHODS
Currently we only accept checks/money orders and credit card payments through Paypal.

SALES TAX
Any items shipped to North Carolina will be charged the current North Carolina sales tax rate. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of North Carolina.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship most orders through USPS at a $5 dollar flat rate anywhere to the united states.

* If your order weighs less than 1 pound (Bandanas, hair bows..etc..) then your order will qualify for the reduced flat rate shipping charge of only $1.50!
